The Dolphins entered the NFL in 1970 and made it to the Super Bowl final in 1972, just two years after joining the league. Their promising debut continued in 1973, a year of great achievement as the team didn't lose a single game in the regular season, didn't lose a single playoff game, and to top it all off, won the Super Bowl!
